Challenge
Scaling Products Without Losing Experience Quality
As Bank Raya’s digital products and internal teams grew, maintaining consistent experience quality, design direction, and execution speed became increasingly complex. The challenge was not only designing interfaces, but enabling teams, workflows, and standards that could scale sustainably.

Our Solution
A Long-Term Creative Enabler, Not Just a Design Vendor
Gizalab acted as Bank Raya’s external design and research team, working closely with internal designers, developers, PMs, and POs. We helped establish workflows, design systems, tone of voice, and collaborative research practices, while continuously delivering hands-on design execution across products.
Over time, the team scaled from a small unit of 6 talents into a structured 10-person squad, including a Lead Product Designer who worked closely with Bank Raya’s internal leaders to safeguard quality and consistency across outputs.
