/ Role Description
Lead the UX writing and localization process for Banking Mobile Apps across 21 application modules.
Develop and maintain UX Writing Guidelines, Tone of Voice, terminology standards, and content governance.
Review and approve all English-to-Indonesian translations to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance.
Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Researchers, and Business teams to ensure content supports user journeys and business objectives.
Establish and maintain a centralized glossary and writing standards for all banking products.
Provide quality assurance and final review for UX copy before release.
Mentor and guide UX Writers and translators to maintain writing quality and consistency.
Identify content gaps, usability issues, and opportunities to improve user understanding and engagement.
Ensure all copy aligns with regulatory, compliance, and banking industry requirements.
/ Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Localization, Copywriting, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proven experience creating Tone of Voice, Content Guidelines, and UX Writing Standards.
Experience translating and localizing digital products, preferably mobile applications.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and digital product development.
Excellent editing, proofreading, and quality assurance skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
Banking, fintech, or financial services experience is highly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
