/ Role Description
Translate and localize UX copy from English to Bahasa Indonesia across 21 banking application modules.
Create clear, concise, and user-friendly microcopy for mobile and web applications.
Ensure translations are aligned with established Tone of Voice, terminology standards, and content guidelines.
Collaborate with Product Designers, Researchers, and Product Managers to create seamless user experiences.
Review content flows and identify opportunities to improve clarity and usability.
Participate in content reviews, revisions, and quality assurance processes.
Maintain consistency across all product touchpoints and user journeys.
Support content documentation, glossary updates, and localization efforts.
/ Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Localization, Translation, or related fields.
Excellent written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience translating and localizing digital products or mobile applications.
Strong understanding of UX Writing principles and microcopy best practices.
Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
Familiarity with Figma, design workflows, and product development processes.
Able to work collaboratively with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing UX writing, localization, or content design work is preferred.
